1. Schedule: Call our office at 9826-3322 to schedule your first appointment (plan on spending about an hour at your first appointment, to allow time for your History and Exam).
2. If you have had X-rays, MRI or CT scans of your spine in the last 5 years, please bring those
to your first appointment, or be prepared to tell the doctor where those studies were done. Please
bring your Insurance Card so you exact chiropractic coverage can be checked and you can claim a rebate
on the spot. If you are currently taking prescription medication, even if it is unrelated to the
complaint that brings you to our office, we ask that you bring a list detailing your medications
and dosages.
If you have seen other doctors or received any other care for the area involved,
please be prepared to tell us that treating doctor or therapist's name.
3. Arrive on Time or 10 minutes before so that we can use your reserved appointment time effectively and efficiently. There will be some paperwork to fill out before your appointment and a short video to watch which will help you to feel comfortable about what will happen in your examination.
